According to a report from Xinhua News Agency, the Lhasa Mass Cultural and Sports Center, a project supported by Beijing with a total investment of 735 million yuan and a total construction area of over 68,000 square meters, has been fully completed and passed inspection. This is currently the largest and most functionally concentrated mass cultural and sports center in Tibet. The Lhasa Mass Cultural and Sports Center is located in the Liuwu New District of Lhasa and began construction in July 2012. It is the largest and most heavily invested project among the Beijing-supported initiatives in Lhasa. The center consists of three parts: a stadium with a capacity of 20,000 people, a gymnasium with over 4,000 seats, and a yak museum.

The sound reinforcement systems in several major venues are completed by the "JAZZPRO" JL series linear array speakers. All JL series products have been tested by third-party inspection agencies and meet the IP46 protection standard. For long-distance signal transmission in the stadium, fiber optic transmission is used, and the system has passed formal acceptance, achieving national level one standards for audio amplification.
