Product Profile:The DF series digital audio processor includes functions such as FIR filters, IIR filters, dynamic EQ, noise gate compressor, limiter, phase, and delay; it offers AES digital signal input, USB, RS232 & 485 control ports, and Ethernet connectivity for remote control. It features a 40-bit DSP chip with a sampling rate of 96 kHz and 24-bit AD/DA conversion. All input channels have independent 2048 taps asymmetric FIR filters, while all output channels are equipped with independent 512 taps asymmetric FIR filters. All input channels can opt for DEO processing, with continuously adjustable gain, bandwidth, frequency, type, dynamic processing parameters, ratio, attack time, and release time. The output channel's compressor threshold, soft knee, ratio, attack time, and release time are also continuously adjustable. Additionally, the output includes an independent peak limiter with continuously adjustable threshold, attack time, and release time.
All input and output channel delay modules have a delay time of up to 680 ms. It has a built-in test signal generator with selectable output options for pink noise, white noise, and adjustable sine wave from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with adjustable signal amplitude. There are 20 user presets, each of which can be stored and recalled individually, and parameters of the entire unit can be uploaded and downloaded. The ID setting function allows for cascading control of up to 255 machines.
